The binaural beat doesn't work?: Binaural beats require headphones — each ear must receive its own frequency. On speakers, use Monaural or Isochronic mode instead (Beats tab).
How do I restore my Lifetime purchase on a new device?: Open the app → More → Restore purchase. The purchase follows your Apple ID.
I can't hear high frequencies?: Output is limited by your hardware. Built-in speakers and most headphones stop around 20 kHz. Adult hearing typically ends between 12–17 kHz — the spectrum bar in the app shows where you are.
Is ToneAtlas a medical device?: No. The hearing and tinnitus features are informational tools only and do not replace professional audiological care.
