AR Mirror Pro — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AR Mirror Pro application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is developed and operated by ScandiPower ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

AR Mirror Pro is an augmented reality application for iOS (iPhone and iPad) that provides real-time virtual makeup try-on, face mask overlays, skin analysis with personalized recommendations, and photo/video capture capabilities. The App uses your device's front-facing camera and Apple ARKit for face tracking.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Account

You may optionally create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscription and In-App Purchases

The App offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription that unlocks the full product catalog and advanced features.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies

All purchases are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

6. Skin Analysis Disclaimer

The skin analysis uses on-device image processing heuristics to provide general observations about skin characteristics. Results may vary based on lighting conditions, camera quality, and other environmental factors. Recommendations for skincare products, supplements, and lifestyle changes are general in nature.

Always consult a qualified dermatologist, physician, or healthcare professional for medical concerns about your skin or health. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment based on information provided by the App.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content
• Use the App's capture features to create content that violates any applicable laws

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, mask assets, user interface, and all related intellectual property, is owned by ScandiPower and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the App does not grant you ownership of any content, code, or data within the App.

Photos and videos you create using the App are yours. You retain full ownership of content you capture.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Face tracking, makeup rendering, or skin analysis results will be accurate or complete
• The App will be compatible with all devices or iOS versions
• Defects will be corrected in a timely manner

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScandiPower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Device Requirements

The App requires an iPhone or iPad with a TrueDepth front-facing camera and support for Apple ARKit face tracking. Performance may vary depending on your device model and iOS version. The App requires iOS 17.0 or later.

13. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark. For consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
